Domestic Video Model Query

Query the status and result of domestic video tasks using `GET /v1/videos/{task_id}`.

Query the status and result of domestic video tasks via GET /v1/videos/{task_id}. Once the task completes, the video URL can be read from video_url, and the content can also be fetched via GET /v1/videos/{task_id}/content.
